Design Notes

Primer design could not retain the EcoRI site but once the construct (promoter->RBS->gene) is reinserted into pSB1C3 backbone, EcoRI is site is reestablished.

The promoter was chosen from the Anderson Promoter Library with a relative transcription rate of 0.86 compared to the Anderson Promoter Consensus Sequence.
